
Cordenn Brillante is an award-winning Choral Conductor and a freelance voice and piano teacher who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the UP College of Music, majoring in Choral Conducting.
As a chorister, he has represented the country in the 2008 World Choir Games in Graz, Austria (winning 2 Silvers and a Gold Award with the Kilyawan Boys Choir) and in the 2013 World Vision Children’s Choir Festival in Seoul, South Korea. He has also led the Kilyawan Consortium of Voices Children’s Choir as a choral conductor, winning a Silver award in the 2024 Singapore International Choral Festival. In August 2024, he was selected to be a part of the Filipino Delegation for the International Conductors Exchange Program. He together with 4 more conductors will go to the United States this March of 2025 to attend the American Choral Directors Association National Conference and will have a regional visit to learn more about choral music.
Currently, he is a vocal instructor at The Music Classroom PH. He is also a part of the Artistic Staff of the Kilyawan Boys Choir, Inc., where he participates in decision-making and teaching the various choirs of the organization. When he’s not teaching voice students and choirs, he also enjoys playing sports like Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, and Table Tennis.
